How long will it take for me to receive my K Marie Kollection Hair extensions?
**We have a standard 3-7 Business day processing time PRIOR to the shipment of all orders.** This processing time-frame is subject to change due to sales or holidays. All orders are shipped out VIA USPS. Please note: **NO SHIPMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS**
How many bundles should I order?
The key to determining how many bundles to purchase depends on the look and length you desire. All bundles are the same weight (3.5oz), the longer the bundle, the shorter the weft. For a full install, we recommend 3-4 bundles of hair. For lengths over 26”, we recommend ordering 4-5 bundles of hair. If you desire an install with a lot of volume, you will need 4-5 bundle.
Can K.Marie Kollection extensions be colored?
K Marie Kollection Hair Extensions are 100% unprocessed virgin hair, and can be colored We recommend you get the help of a professional colorist for assistance. Make sure you keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
What is the difference between a closure and frontal?
A closure is a great protectant option for us ladies that do not want to put heat on our natural hair, It is designed to cover the section of your head where your part/leave would have been. Standard closure dimensions are 4x4, but we believe the bigger the closure, the better! Our HD Lace Closures are 5x5 inches. All of our lace products are top quality and will give you real scalp appearance.
A lace frontal covers the entire front perimeter of your head from ear to ear. Standard frontals are 13x4 but K.Marie HD Lace Frontals have a dimension of 13x6 inches. The versatility of a frontal gives you so many options because you are able to part it in any direction. All of our lace products are top quality and will give you real scalp appearance.
How long do K.Marie Kollection Hair extensions last?
K.Marie Kollection Hair Extensions have been tested, and worn for many years. We have undergone an extensive quality control process to ensure the lifespan of your K.Marie hair can last 1-2 years with proper hair care.
How do I maintain my K Marie Kollection hair?
•Recommend Co-Wash before install, and let air dry for 24-48 hrs.
•Co-Wash weekly, and Shampoo bi-weekly, when washing/conditioning: Use a wide tooth comb, and start with the ends of hair working your way up you the wefts. Always rinse thoroughly with lukewarm or cold water, then let your hair air dry
•Use products/shampoo that are paraben free or sulfate free. (We love Organix or Nexxus products!)
•Try to avoid cutting the weft use the folding method to ensure minimum shedding and longevity of hair, if have to cut weft recommend using a weft sealer.
Can I get a refund/exchange?
We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges due to sanitary reasons, unless it is a mistake on our end.
Can I cancel my order?
